As a Melting Supervisor in our cast iron foundry, you will be responsible for overseeing the melting operations to ensure the production of high-quality molten metal for casting processes. You will work closely with a team of melting operators and coordinate with other departments to meet production targets while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
