Designation : Medical Tran scripter. Experience : Relevant experience of atleast 2 years. Skills desired : Fast typing with high accuracy (typically 60+ WPM). Knowledge of medical jargon, anatomy, and physiology. Familiarity with commonly used medical abbreviations and acronyms. Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Allscripts). Familiarity with medical transcription software (e.g., Dragon Medical, Express Scribe). Ability to input data accurately into medical databases and systems. Understanding of HIPAA compliance for patient confidentiality and data security. Skill in reviewing and editing transcriptions for errors. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for documentation and reporting. File management and organization skills. Ability to look up unfamiliar medical terms or procedures. Properly formatting and organizing transcriptions according to standards.
