Job Description

You are required to join as a Medical Representative for the Hadapsar, Pune region at Inducare Pharma. Your role will involve promoting the company's product range to doctors within the assigned territory, generating prescriptions by offering scientific and clinical information, ensuring product availability at retail chemists and with authorized distributors, building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting regular chemist surveys, and following up with doctors. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution, submitting Daily Call Reports (DCR) and expense statements on time, organizing and facilitating medical conferences, implementing marketing campaigns, and collaborating closely with internal teams for smooth supply chain management. Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. The ideal candidate should be a 12th pass or any graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry. You should possess strong communication and presentation skills, proven knowledge of pharma industry sales and distribution, and be self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized.
