Job Description

As a healthcare professional in this role, you will be responsible for carrying out various clinical duties related to patient management, infertility assessment, and record-keeping. Your tasks will include providing appropriate clinical advice based on established guidelines, conducting procedure and financial counseling to patients and their families, and explaining the benefits and risks of IVF or other treatments transparently. In addition to counseling, you will be involved in administering medications with the nursing team, overseeing inpatient care, and actively monitoring patient progress. It will be essential for you to provide constructive feedback to patients and address any issues that may arise in collaboration with the Center operations team. A crucial aspect of your role will be to ensure the management of quality parameters for patients, monitor controls, and establish reporting mechanisms to track clinical outcomes effectively. This will require close coordination with the Center operations team to maintain high standards of patient care and service delivery. This is a full-time position with day shift hours, and the work location will be on-site.
