Job Description
You will be responsible for providing efficient assessment and management of patients in the inpatient setting and ED, following accepted professional guidelines. Working collaboratively with team members, you will manage work schedules and waiting lists in consultation with the Head of Department or Service Manager. Conducting regular ward rounds and investigative procedures, you will ensure efficient patient flows and meet treatment objectives. As a Medical Officer, you will see and advise on inpatients referred by hospital specialist colleagues, maintaining accurate records for all patients seen. You will be accountable for referring patients to other centers for specialist treatment when necessary and completing discharge summaries in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be a BAMS graduate with 0-2 years of experience as a Medical Officer, Emergency Medical Officer, Causality Medical Officer, Chief Medical Officer, or Senior Medical Officer. Candidates must be from the nearby area or willing to relocate for this full-time position with rotational shifts.
