The successful candidate will work on a rotating schedule and will be based on-site in various locations, including Other Tamil Nadu, Other Maharashtra, Hyderabad, and Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results by adhering to established protocols and quality control measures.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret laboratory findings and provide insights for patient management.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of microbiological samples, including cultures and sensitivity testing.
• Support pharmacy and radiology departments by providing necessary laboratory data and insights.
• Document and report test results in a timely manner, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated with the latest advancements in medical laboratory technology.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
• 0 to 4 years of relevant work experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory services, medical microbiology, pharmacy, and radiology.
