Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Physician (MD Medicine) Doctor to join our team at Jamna Hospital, Anand Nagar Bhopal. The Doctor will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients, ensuring timely and effective treatment. This role involves working closely with other medical professionals to deliver comprehensive healthcare services. Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Provide direct medical care to patients, including diagnosing and treating illnesses, injuries, and other medical conditions. Medical Procedures: Perform routine medical procedures and assist in emergency medical situations as required. Patient Monitoring: Monitor and record patients" conditions, ensuring all necessary treatments and medications are administered accurately. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, and administrative staff, to ensure coordinated patient care. Communication: Effectively communicate with patients and their families regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, and any other relevant information. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and legal requirements.
