Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Medical Billing Executive with thorough knowledge of the complete Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process. The candidate should be capable of independently handling all stages of medical billing, from charge entry to AR follow-up, ensuring accuracy, timely claim submissions, and effective denial resolution. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate charge entry with correct CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes. Submit claims to insurance companies electronically or via paper within set timelines. Review and resolve claim denials or rejections promptly by taking corrective actions and rebilling as needed. Conduct regular follow-up with insurance companies on pending or unpaid claims to ensure maximum reimbursement. Generate patient statements, manage collections, and follow up on outstanding balances. Communicate with clients or providers to address billing inquiries and provide resolution. Generate and analyze reports related to collections, AR, and denials for performance tracking. Work efficiently on medical billing software (e.g., Kareo, AdvancedMD, Athena, etc.). Requirements 1-3 years of experience in US medical billing with full-cycle RCM exposure. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and billing software systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Certification in Medical Billing and Coding (CPC, CCA, etc.) is a plus. Experience in the US healthcare outsourcing industry is preferred.
