Position: Media Marketing Manager for Ad Agency Location: [Eskimo Advertising Factory, Chennai] Experience: Required: 3-5 years in Media Channels/Ad Agencies as Marketing Manager Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing & Sales Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience in media channels or advertising agencies. You will be responsible for managing both marketing and sales functions for our ad films agency, driving brand growth, building client relationships, and expanding our market presence through innovative media solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: - Develop and execute a strategic plan to attract new clients for ad film production services. - Pitch creative ad film concepts to different clients across industries, showcasing how our agency can elevate their brands messaging. Marketing Campaign Management: - Manage campaigns with the help of our digital marketing team. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: - Set and achieve sales targets, building a pipeline of potential clients. - Foster long-term client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and upselling additional services. Team Collaboration: - Work closely with the creative and production teams to ensure client campaigns align with their brand vision and needs. - Provide feedback to the creative team based on market research and client requests. Market Research & Industry Trends: - Stay ahead of industry trends in advertising, media consumption, and client behavior to tailor marketing strategies. Key Skills: - Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on media or ad film production - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Ability to drive sales targets and cultivate client relationships - Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field - 3-5 years of experience in media channels, ad agencies, or film production marketing - Strong understanding of the ad film production process and media platforms - Good Communication is Must About Eskimo Advertising Factory: Eskimo Advertising Factory was born in 2007.
