Job Description :
- Need to have experience in Dri / Sponge Iron
- Supervise plant operations and ensure compliance with safety and production standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address equipment issues and schedule repairs.
- Monitor production parameters and adjust as necessary to maintain product quality.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of production data and incidents.
- Lead and mentor shift team members, providing training and performance evaluations.
- Handle emergencies and troubleshoot operational problems efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall plant performance.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (Sop)s within the plant.
