Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineering Supervisor to lead and oversee a team of mechanical engineers and technicians. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising design, development, testing, and implementation of mechanical systems and equipment, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the mechanical engineering team. Plan and oversee mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion. Review and approve mechanical designs, drawings, and technical documentation. Ensure engineering solutions meet performance, cost, and schedule requirements. Monitor progress and performance of engineering tasks; provide technical guidance as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, production, quality, etc.) to meet project goals. Conduct performance reviews, training, and mentoring of team members. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Masters preferred). Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), and simulation tools. Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
