Job Position: Mechanical Engineer Intern Candidates who are fresh out of college can also apply. Freshers will be provided with training for 3 months with 20K stipend per month. For candidates with experience, salaries can be negotiated. Key Responsibilities: Set up and secure workpieces and tooling on the VMC. Install and align cutting tools in the machine's tool holders. Calibrate machine settings such as speeds, feeds and offsets. Develop and modify VMC programs using CAM software. Interpret engineering drawings to create accurate machining programs. Monitor machine operations, making necessary adjustments. Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards. Maintain records of machining parameters, tool changes and measurements. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating the VMC. Provide insights for process improvements. Support engineering team with day-to-day tasks and other activities assigned by the Management Qualifications and Skills: Familiarity with CAM software. Fresher / Experience as a VMC Setter and Programmer. Proficiency in reading engineering drawings. Strong knowledge of VMC programming. Basic machine maintenance abilities. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality. Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Experience in machining and familiarity with materials. Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
