Job Description
Basant Autotech LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Designer with a strong background in reverse engineering, 3D modeling, and multi-axis CAM programming. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SolidWorks and must be fully trained and capable in 5-axis CAM programming for complex component manufacturing.
- Lead reverse engineering projects from scan/model to manufacturing.
- Develop precise 3D models using SolidWorks and other CAD software.
- Create and optimise 5-axis toolpaths using advanced CAM software.
- Collaborate with machining and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and accuracy.
- Interpret technical drawings, customer specifications, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Support new product development, prototyping, and design validation.
