Job Description
Design and develop mechanical components and systems using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Autodesk Inventor. 2. Create detailed 2D and 3D models, engineering drawings, and BOM (Bill of Materials). 3. Perform GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) for precise design specifications. 4. Conduct structural and thermal analysis using ANSYS to ensure design integrity. 5. Optimize material usage through Nesting techniques. 6. Perform Wind Load Calculations for structural stability assessment. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution and design improvements. 8. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications 1. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Autodesk Inventor. 2. Expertise in BOM (Bill of Materials) and Nesting. 3. Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing). 4. Experience with structural analysis using ANSYS. 5. Ability to perform Wind Load Calculations. 6. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. 7. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
