Job Description

We have an urgent requirement for MDM Platform Admin with our client , for Noida or Hyderabad location. Experience in managing and administering Informatica On-Prem MDM systems--Must Strong understanding of MDM HUB, Provisioning Tool, and Informatica architecture--Must Experience with performance tuning and optimization of MDM systems.---Must Solid understanding of security frameworks, Code migration, Change management---Must Key Responsibilities System Maintenance: Perform routine monitoring of the MDM system's health to ensure it remains operational and meets performance expectations. Apply necessary patches, upgrades, and security updates as Informatica releases any EBF (Enhancement Bug Fixes). Oversee MDM HUB, Provisioning Tool, and manage necessary configuration backups and recovery operations to ensure data integrity and system availability. Security And Access Management Oversee and manage user roles and permissions to ensure proper access control across UAT, Stage, and Production environments. Grant access to newly onboarded IT and Business users on UAT and Stage environments in compliance with security standards. Ensure compliance with internal security policies (customer policies, RACI, User Role Matrix) by managing user roles, authorization procedures, and auditing user access. Performance Tuning And Optimization Continuously monitor and assess the performance of the MDM system to identify and resolve potential bottlenecks, ensuring optimal system efficiency. Fine-tune cmxserver.properties parameters and make necessary changes to MDM HUB properties to optimize performance. Troubleshoot performance issues and provide quick resolution to minimize any disruptions or delays in data processing. Code Migration And Change Management Manage and facilitate code migration between environments (UAT, Stage, and PROD), ensuring adherence to established change management protocols. Coordinate with developers and system owners to ensure that migrations are executed only for the approved code, minimizing risks and maintaining system integrity. Assist in maintaining a robust change management process that ensures smooth deployment with no impact on system performance. Disaster Recovery And Backup Management Regularly review and manage backup strategies, ensuring all configurations, data, and critical system components are backed up and securely stored. Execute and manage disaster recovery procedures to restore systems and data in case of failures or unforeseen incidents, ensuring minimal downtime. Documentation And Reporting Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting processes. Provide periodic reports on system performance, upgrades, patches, and access management activities to the management team. Required Skills to Support the manage services: Proven experience in managing and administering Informatica On-Prem MDM systems. Strong understanding of MDM HUB, Provisioning Tool, and the overall Informatica MDM architecture. Experience with performance tuning and optimization of MDM systems. Proficiency in troubleshooting, problem resolution, and proactive system maintenance. Solid understanding of security frameworks, user roles, and access management in line with security best practices and compliance requirements. Experience with code migration, change management, and adhering to release protocols. Familiarity with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes for MDM systems. Preferred Skills: Certification in Informatica MDM or related fields. Hands on experience with Unix scripting and SQLs.
