Job Description
Work from office opportunity in Noida sector 62. Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and objectives. Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and best sales practices through continuous learning and professional development. Qualifications: MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and interpret sales data. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Self-motivated and proactive with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
