Job Description

We are looking for a Materials In-Charge to join our team. Responsible for managing the receiving, storage, issuance, and tracking of materials, as well as the accurate billing of finished goods. Ensures safe handling, systematic storage, and up-to-date inventory records, supporting smooth operations across departments. Receiving & Inspection: Verify quantity and quality of incoming materials against orders. Storage & Organization: Store materials safely and systematically for easy access. Material Issuance: Issue materials as per production requirements; maintain issuance records. Stock Management: Maintain accurate stock records; conduct regular stock checks. Reporting: Prepare reports on stock levels, shortages, and damages. Finished Goods Billing: Ensure accurate and timely billing aligned with production and pricing. Workplace Organization: Keep storage areas clean and safe as per company standards. Coordination: Work closely with production, sales, and accounts to ensure workflow continuity. Material Availability: Ensure all required raw materials are available for manufacturers as per production plans. Waste Control: Monitor material usage to prevent loss or wastage of components Other skills Optimizing inventory maintenance and management.
