Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Generation Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets for all interior materials. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Product Expertise & Presentation Provide detailed information about the materials offered, including technical specifications, applications, and benefits. Stay updated on the latest interior design trends and recommend solutions tailored to client preferences. Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate sample distribution. Client Relationship Management Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, including architects, contractors, and homeowners. Handle client inquiries, provide quotations, and negotiate terms to close sales. Address customer concerns and ensure a positive post-sale experience. Market Research & Trend Analysis Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide feedback to management for product development and strategy improvements. Operational Coordination Work closely with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely material delivery. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for the management team.
