Job Title: Research and Development Specialist - Masterbatch & Head of Labor Management We are seeking an experienced Research and Development Specialist in Masterbatch, who will also serve as the Head of Labor Management within the R&D department. The role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and improvement of masterbatch formulations for plastics and polymer industries. - Conduct lab tests and analyze raw materials, additives, and final products. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale up successful formulations for production. - Manage labor within the R&D department, overseeing technicians and production staff. - Ensure efficient workflows, task allocation, and adherence to safety and quality standards. - Provide training and guidance to team members to maintain high productivity and performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve production or formulation issues as needed. - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in masterbatch technology.
