Key Responsibilities: Marketplace Strategy & Execution: Implement strategy & tactics to grow sales, brand presence, visibility on key online marketplaces. Pricing & Promotions: Manage competitive pricing strategies, promotions, ads to maximize sales and profitability. Seller Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers to ensure support and collaboration on promotional opportunities and feature placements. Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor marketplace performance metrics, analyze sales data, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize listings and overall strategy. Inventory Management: Collaborate with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment across marketplaces, minimizing stockouts and maximizing sales opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in marketplace management, eCommerce, or digital marketing, preferably in the fashion industry. Strong understanding of online marketplaces (e.g., Myntra, Ajiogram, Nykyaa) and their algorithms, best practices and policies. Proven track record of driving growth and increasing sales on online marketplaces. Experience in fast fashion or a similar fast-paced, trend-driven industry. Skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
