Overview : We are seeking a Mumbai based proactive Marketing and Sales professional with a background in real estate or luxury management to develop and execute marketing campaigns, drive sales strategies, and build client relationships. This role involves collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand presence and achieve revenue goals. Working days are Monday to Saturday. Responsibilities : Luxury Real Estate knowledge and background Client Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Sales Strategies - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets Good Communication Market Research - Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning to inform marketing and sales strategies. Marketing Campaigns Qualifications : Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing and Sales roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of creativity and a results-oriented mindset. High Level of Discretion and Confidentiality Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously.,
