Marketing Representative Medicrew

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Marketing Representative to promote and sell Homoeopathic medicines to doctors and medical stores. The role involves field visits, product promotion, and relationship building to increase sales and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  Visit Homoeopathic doctors, clinics, and pharmacies to promote and sell company products.

  Explain product features, benefits, and usage to medical professionals.

  Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and retail stores.

  Take and follow up on orders regularly.

  Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  Collect feedback from clients and report market trends.

  Maintain records of visits, client interactions, and sales reports.

  Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and CMEs (if any).

  Stay updated on homoeopathic products and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

  Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (Science or Pharmacy background preferred).

  Experience in medical or pharmaceutical marketing is an advantage.

  Strong communication and presentation skills.

  Willing to travel locally for field visits.

  Basic knowledge of Homoeopathy is a plus (training will be provided).

  Must be punctual, motivated, and sales-driven.
