Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing plans for product promotions, seasonal offers, and store events.
- Coordinate with external vendors for print, outdoor, and local media advertising.
- Manage local showroom marketing activities like hoardings, pamphlets, and vehicle branding.
- Assist in planning digital campaigns in collaboration with the social media team.
- Track daily customer footfall and collect feedback for analysis.
- Build relationships with wedding planners, community leaders, and influencers to boost referrals.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Ensure brand visibility through offline materials (banners, standees, invites, etc.).
- Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in jewellery, fashion, retail, or FMCG industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of market trends and local customer behavior.
- Ability to multitask and handle showroom-level promotions independently.
- Willingness to travel locally for field marketing and vendor coordination.
