Mohsin Textiles is a fast-growing ethnic wear brand specializing in premium Banarasi sarees, suits, and festive wear. We are seeking a performance-driven marketing professional who can take charge of our email and WhatsApp automation to improve retention, repeat purchases, and customer engagement.

• ? Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and optimize email marketing flows (welcome, abandoned cart, upsell, post-purchase, etc.)
• Create and manage WhatsApp automation flows using tools like LimeChat and Interakt
• Segment customer data and personalize campaigns to improve conversions
• Collaborate with design and content team for email/WhatsApp creatives and copy
• Monitor campaign performance (open rate, click-through rate, ROI)
• Manage review flows (like Judge.me integration with WhatsApp)
• Maintain and update contact lists, lead forms, and opt-in strategies
• A/B test subject lines, send times, and content for continuous improvement
