Job Description
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies across multiple channels. This role requires a data-driven professional with a strong background in digital marketing, branding, and lead generation. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successful marketing leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, email, content, SEO/SEM, and social media channels Lead campaign planning, budgeting, execution, and performance tracking Manage and mentor a small team of marketing professionals and coordinate with external vendors Drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition efforts Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities Collaborate closely with product, sales, and design teams to align marketing with business objectives Monitor KPIs and report on marketing performance and ROI to senior leadership Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred) Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing leadership role Demonstrated success in developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns Proficient in marketing tools.
