Job Summary: This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Lead located in Pune. The Marketing Lead will be responsible for communication, market research, sales, marketing strategy, and customer service to drive growth and success in the heavy equipment industry. Responsibilities: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, display advertising, and search engine marketing. Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to create compelling content, graphics, and videos for online campaigns. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, monitor budgets, and analyze performance metrics to ensure maximum ROI. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings. Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools to identify opportunities for optimization. Utilize social media channels to engage with the audience, create meaningful interactions, and build brand loyalty. Manage email marketing campaigns, from content creation to scheduling and performance. Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices to ensure the continuous improvement of our strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Provide regular reports on campaign performance and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. Identify and capitalize on emerging digital marketing opportunities to drive innovation and growth. Following process-based development using tools such as, Trello and slack. Manage interns and freelancers by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, ensuring quality deliverables, and providing mentorship to align their work.
