Job Description
The ideal candidate should have 1) Degree/Diploma holder in Mechanical /Chemical or BSC Graduate 2) He should have minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience. 3) Should have good communication skill 4) Should have relation building skill Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions. 5) Ensuring a smooth post-sale experience by addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and facilitating delivery and installation if required. 6) In-depth understanding of the industrial maintenance and safety products being sold, including their applications, benefits, and regulatory compliance aspects 7) Ability to understand and explain technical specifications and features of the products to clients. 8) Ability to identify potential clients through networking, referrals, research, and marketing leads. 9) Proficiency in conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product benefits and features to prospective buyers. 10) Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) in a competitive market. 11) Creating and executing strategic sales plans to penetrate the market and increase revenue.
