Scope of Work: - Conduct market research and competitor analysis for assigned accounts - Provide administrative support to the founder and senior leadership team by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings - Facilitate effective communication within the organization by managing emails, phone calls, and other correspondence - Plan and execute special events and projects, such as meetings, conferences, and company-wide initiatives - Develop a month-on-month content strategy for the brand and ensure timely execution of tasks - Create and implement social media calendars, visual content, reels, and presentations - Monitor industry trends and customer behaviors, and engage with management and stakeholders to discuss strategic approaches - Implement meta and Instagram ads on relevant platforms and generate reports Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in photography, videography, and shooting - Enthusiasm for creating engaging reels - Basic content writing abilities - Strong analytical and research skills - Understanding of marketing strategies - Ability to collaborate effectively within a team - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Eagerness to learn and a passion for marketing - Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is preferred - Previous internship experience in marketing is a plus Duration: 6-month in-office internship with the potential for conversion to a full-time role.
