Marketing Executive Pheonix Poly Products

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Coordination

• Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Manage content updates, social media, email marketing, and event support
• Liaise with agencies, designers, and internal teams for timely execution
• Monitor marketing KPIs and report on campaign performance
• Maintain and update marketing collaterals and customer communication tools

2. Inbound Lead Handling & Qualification

• Respond promptly to inbound leads (from website, ads, referrals, etc.)
• Understand customer needs, budget, and timeline
• Qualify leads using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) or similar frameworks
• Record lead details in CRM and assign qualified leads to appropriate sales reps
• Follow up with unqualified leads for nurturing campaigns
