Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute in-store and online marketing campaigns to drive footfall and sales.
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams for promotions across social media platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Work with the creative team to develop promotional materials (banners, flyers, videos, etc.).
- Organize and manage events, product launches, and seasonal offers.
- Build partnerships with local influencers, wedding planners, and fashion consultants.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on ROI and customer engagement.
- Support CRM initiatives like SMS, WhatsApp, email marketing, and customer feedback collection.
- Skills Required:Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing basics.
- Ability to plan and manage events and customer engagement activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; Canva or Photoshop skills are a plus.
