Job description:

We as a Klene Paks limited the manufacturing of HDPE and PP woven bags, are hiring the Marketing Executive to meet the needs of a customer and ensuring of reaching them to satisfying the customer. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and promoting our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive sales growth and brand awareness.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and social media.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while also actively seeking out new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing campaigns and materials.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Prepare and present reports on marketing initiatives and results to management.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Travel to meet with clients, attend events, and explore new markets as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel extensively as required.
