Job Title: Marketing Coordinator / Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator / Business Development Executive is responsible for supporting the sales team in daily operations and driving business growth through lead generation, client engagement, and coordination of sales activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses strong communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and client documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, finance) to ensure timely delivery and service to clients.
Follow up with prospects and existing clients to nurture relationships and close deals.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data.
Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups for the sales team.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide post-sales support.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Participate in marketing activities, events, and exhibitions as needed.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
13 years of experience in sales coordination, business development, or a related role.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.


Preferred Skills:
Experience in manufacturing, Ayurveda, Pharma is a plus.
Understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
Fluency in English & Hindi
Computer Proficient is a plus.
