Job Description: Marketing Analyst in NBFC Business Position Title: Marketing Analyst Department: Marketing Location: Bangalore Experience : 2 to 5 years Salary : 25 -30 LPA Notice Period : Immediate Joiner or 30 days NP Education: Only IIM Passed out candidates. Job Summary: The Marketing Analyst will support the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) by providing data-driven insights to enhance marketing strategies and drive business growth. This role involves analyzing market trends, website designs , Product Marketing , deep understanding of various branding and marketing principles, social media platforms, media channels. Key Responsibilities: Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Analyze market data to identify opportunities for business growth and areas for improvement. 2. Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain marketing data from various sources including social media, and digital platforms. Ensure data accuracy and integrity for reliable analysis. 3.Campaign Analysis: Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.). Provide detailed reports on campaign outcomes, highlighting key metrics such as ROI, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates. Develop brand PR strategy and effectively communicate our brand narratives across major industry-related events/platforms, television etc. as appropriate 4.Reporting & Dashboard Creation: Create and maintain dashboards to track key marketing metrics and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders. Present findings and insights to the marketing team and senior management to support strategic decisions. 5.Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and benchmark NBFCs marketing performance against industry standards. Provide insights on competitor strategies and market positioning. 6.Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and recommend optimization strategies for marketing operations. Implement other methodologies to enhance campaign effectiveness. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, IIM ( Any Institute of IIM Branch) or any tier 1 B school graduate in Marketing. Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing analysis, preferably within the financial services industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI). Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
