This role requires a dedicated professional with strong communication and customer service skills to support sales operations and facilitate seamless communication between the sales team and clients. Key Responsibilities Process new sales leads efficiently. Respond to sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism. Conduct pre-sales follow-up and monitor inquiry progression. Generate sales reports and provide data insights to support the sales team. Manage and track correspondence between the sales team and clients. Monitor customer accounts and maintain an accurate record of interactions. Support the sales team by providing data and regular progress updates. Track and report on sales targets. Answer phone calls and manage scheduling for the sales team. Eligibility Criteria Education: Graduate in any stream, BBA, BMS, or BMM. Experience & Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and long-term relationship-building abilities.
