Job Description
As an experienced Marketing Analytics Trainer, you will have the opportunity to deliver a comprehensive classroom training program for our Brand Design and Activation Team based in Mumbai (Vikhroli). This program spans over 23 full days and is aimed at 1011 professionals involved in Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Campaign Creation & Activation. Your role will involve designing and facilitating a program titled "Marketing Analytics: Data-Driven Decision Making" tailored to Brand Managers, Brand Activation Leads, and Product Marketing Professionals. The primary objective of this program is to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to leverage analytics for marketing decision-making effectively. Throughout the training, you will guide participants to understand the four key types of analytics - Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, and Prescriptive - and demonstrate how each type contributes to informed marketing strategies. Moreover, you will enable participants to translate data insights into actionable marketing plans, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative research tools to extract valuable customer insights. Your expertise will be pivotal in connecting research outcomes to decisions related to brand positioning, campaign development, and product innovation. By integrating analytics and customer insights, you will help create a cohesive decision-making framework aligned with the overarching business goals of the organization. To excel in this role, you are required to have a proven track record in Marketing Analytics training or similar corporate workshops. A strong understanding of data-driven marketing practices and analytical frameworks is essential, along with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams from various departments such as brand, product, and digital. Additionally, the inclusion of hands-on examples and relevant industry use cases in your training sessions is highly preferred to enhance the learning experience for the participants.,
