Job Description
Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate daily work of production staff on the shop floor - Allocate tasks to workers based on the production plan - Monitor filling, mixing, labeling, packing and ensure proper workflow - Maintain cleanliness and safety in the production area - Report daily production status, delays or issues to the Senior Supervisor - Ensure basic quality checks are followed at each stage - Assist in managing raw material usage and stock levels - Handle minor worker conflicts or absenteeism with maturity - Keep records of production logs, wastage, and manpower allocation - Ensure machinery and tools are used correctly and safely Requirements - BSc appeared/ BSc graduate - fresher/ 1-2 years experience - Honest, punctual and detail-oriented - Must be open to feedback and willing to work under a senior supervisor We are looking for someone seeking long-term stability and growth within the company.
