Job Description
You should have at least 2+ years of QA experience with a strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. Your responsibilities will include determining clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases, as well as hands-on experience with white box and black box testing. Additionally, you should have experience with various databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Cosmos, etc., along with excellent DB design and query writing skills. Furthermore, you are expected to have a solid knowledge of API testing, be able to act as a domain expert, and not only find and report bugs but also understand them thoroughly. Experience in testing Apps (Android & iOS), mobile Web, and Web applications is required. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and Cloud Platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure, etc., is essential. You should also have experience with CI/CD using tools and scripts, as well as infra, networking, logging, monitoring, and webservers. Your role will involve translating requirements into technical solutions, following quality standards and best practices, and demonstrating a high degree of ownership and exceptional work attitude. Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary for effective teamwork in a cross-functional environment. You should be capable of working in a fast-paced Agile environment, be curious, and unafraid to speak up your mind. Experience with startups and/or product development, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, is desired. Excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the availability for urgent issues/tasks outside of business hours, are also expected from you.,
