As a Business Development Executive at Bullmen Realty India Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business in the Sales and Marketing department. Your primary responsibility will be to build contacts with potential clients and create new business opportunities by explaining our range of properties to customers. It is essential to develop Bullmen Realty as a reputable brand by delivering service standards that align with company policies. You will be expected to establish strong working relationships with clients by following up on leads provided by the company and maintaining communication through calls and emails. Additionally, conducting need analysis meetings with clients, facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers, and closing sales while ensuring all relevant documentation is submitted to the seller will be part of your daily tasks. Understanding and embodying the core values and goals of Bullmen Realty will be essential for success in this role. You will be required to track, analyze, and report sales figures accurately. A key aspect of your job will involve calling and scheduling meetings with clients to drive sales in the assigned territory. To excel in this position, the ideal candidate should have prior experience in Real Estate sales and possess excellent communication skills. It is mandatory for male candidates to have their own vehicle for commuting. Familiarity with the Real Estate market in Noida is crucial for this role as the work location is in Noida.
