In this role, your primary responsibilities will include managing product implementation for various customers. You will be instrumental in creating a friendly and cohesive development environment that encourages creativity while ensuring timely delivery of quality features within budget. Your role will also involve serving as a technical leader, overseeing all technical aspects of implementation, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and complete product implementation. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Product Management team to provide high-level estimations and technical insights into feature implementation. You will be responsible for generating release documentation, participating in solution design reviews, creating work breakdown structures, and contributing to Agile sprint planning sessions. Your role will also involve preparing software packages for deployment, addressing critical production issues promptly, and managing project risks, scope, and status. To excel in this position, you should have a strong passion and talent for technology, with over 10 years of experience in implementing enterprise-grade products or software. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an independent Software Developer is required, along with a background in leadership roles. Knowledge of the OTT domain and technology is crucial, as is experience in collaborating with customers, third-party vendors, and tool providers. You should be comfortable leading teams comprising members from various verticals such as UI/UX, Middleware, CMS, Data, and Video Engineering. Your commitment to developing high-quality software and addressing issues promptly is essential. Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and excellent communication skills are highly valued, along with creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for team leadership.
