Job Title: Manager - Strategy - Real Estate Location: Mumbai Experience: Minimum 5 years Key Responsibilities: Project Monitoring and implementation of various strategies related to the project execution, Profitability and cash flow Management Assist in business development including project feasibility and fundraising efforts to secure projects and financing. Develop and analyze financial models to support investment and project evaluations. Conduct in-depth project analysis, including: Project Feasibility: Evaluate project feasibility, focusing on: Pricing Strategies Developability Project P&L Analysis Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure project milestones and objectives are achieved. Due Diligence Facilitation: Oversee technical and legal due diligence processes with external vendors for project compliance. Project Tracking & Monitoring: Track and monitor project progress through pre-construction and construction phases. Budget Management: Monitor budget vs. actual costs, identify variances, and propose solutions as needed.
