Job Description
The Sales & Specification role at Saint-Gobain Insulation Business involves being responsible for achieving sales targets through a combination of specification and project working, along with channel management in the designated territory. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining and tracking a database of projects in the Industrial and Building segments, converting these projects into business opportunities, engaging with Consultants and Architects to specify Saint-Gobain solutions, delivering technical presentations and support to customers, managing existing channel partners while developing new ones, participating in market development activities such as schemes and trade shows, ensuring collection targets are met, and driving business development through geographical expansion. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (B.E/B.Tech) and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience. Ideal candidates will have a background in specifications work with building architects, HVAC consultants, or Industrial consultants.,
