Brief Role : Job Description Designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to accomplish companies business targets. Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department. Evaluate results of the PR campaign to ensure it is in sync with the key messaging Must be able to identify PR opportunities for the company or create stories to ensure the company is in the news Conceptualize and implement external & internal events. Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition. Strong writing, project management, and communication skills. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and foster collaboration. - Experience in technology/startup sectors preferred; NBFC/Bank experience is a plus. - Detail-oriented, with a passion for Vaishalis mission.
