KP Imaging is seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our advanced diagnostic center. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, enhance patient experience, and manage staff efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of service quality. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless functioning of all diagnostic services (PET-CT, Gamma Camera, MRI, CT, Ultrasound, X-ray). Manage and coordinate staff schedules, ensuring optimal workforce utilization. Implement and maintain operational policies, compliance protocols, and quality control measures. Improve patient service experience by streamlining processes and reducing wait times. Coordinate with radiologists, technicians, and administrative staff to enhance efficiency. Monitor inventory, procurement, and maintenance of medical equipment. Handle customer feedback, grievances, and ensure a patient-centric approach. Liaise with external stakeholders, including vendors, referring doctors, and healthcare institutions. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate operational reports. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in a diagnostic center or hospital. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of medical regulations, NABH/NABL accreditation standards is a plus.
