Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic media plans across digital platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and Programmatic - Manage media budgets, ensure cost-efficiency, and optimize ROI through negotiation with media vendors and platforms - Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and KPIs to inform strategy and decision-making - Collaborate with creative, performance, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution - Stay up to date with industry trends and platform updates to drive continuous improvement and innovation Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in digital media buying and planning, preferably in an agency environment - Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other DSPs - Strong analytical and reporting skills using tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio - Solid understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and media attribution - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and project management skills - Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Ads marketing platforms - Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus - Familiarity with B2B, Travel, Healthcare, Retail marketing campaigns Join us at Digitales Media and be part of a dynamic team that values creativity, innovation, and results.
