As the Manager - Inventory Controller at Two Brothers Organic Farm in Pune, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement comprehensive inventory audit strategies in alignment with organizational goals and industry standards. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in inventory management software and the Microsoft Office Suite, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication and interpersonal abilities are necessary for success in this role.
