Job Description

You will be responsible for sales and operations related to promoting and selling International group tour packages. Your duties will include identifying new business opportunities, building a strong client base, and promoting group itineraries based on client requirements and budgets. You will need to handle inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, converting leads into confirmed bookings to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. In terms of operations, you will plan and sell transportations, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services. You will work closely with clients to determine their needs and suggest appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations. Providing relevant information, brochures, and publications will be part of your responsibilities. You will design travel itineraries, use promotional techniques, and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages. Additionally, you will coordinate flight bookings and visa documentations, handle travel problems, complaints, or refunds, and attend travel seminars to stay updated with tourism trends. Data entry into our software and maintenance of client files will also be required.,
