Job Summary: The Manager, Global Supplier Quality, is responsible for overseeing the Global Supplier Quality group and ensuring that suppliers meet quality standards. This role involves the facilitation of quarterly Supplier Material Review Board (SMRB) meetings, managing supplier metrics for Annual Product Reports (APRs) and monthly site Quality Council Meetings, evaluating suppliers, conducting supplier investigations and corrective actions (CAPAs), performing supplier risk assessments, and maintaining supplier qualification and quality agreements. Job Responsibilities Facilitate quarterly Supplier Material Review Board (SMRB) meetings to review and assess supplier performance. Oversee the Global Supplier Quality group, ensuring alignment with corporate quality standards and regulatory requirements. Develop, track, and report Supplier Metrics for inclusion in Annual Product Reports (APRs). Present Supplier Metrics for monthly site Quality Council Meetings, providing insights on supplier performance and areas for improvement. Conduct evaluation and scorecarding of suppliers to monitor performance and compliance with quality standards. Perform risk assessments for suppliers to identify potential quality or compliance issues and mitigate risks proactively. Perform risk assessments for all excipient suppliers. Manage Supplier Investigations and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) to ensure timely resolution of quality issues. Oversee the Supplier Qualification process (also review of supplier documents), including audits and the establishment and maintenance of Quality Agreements. Maintenance of all Quality Agreements for all service providers (CMOs, testing labs, etc). To handle any non-conformances with respect to supplier qualification.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure suppliers meet quality and compliance requirements. Maintain the Global approved supplier list for entire DifGen group. Ensure timely communication and resolution of supplier quality issues to all relevant stakeholders. Participate in internal and external audits whenever required, providing expertise on supplier quality processes and outcomes. Maintain and update relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions related to supplier quality management. Perform other duties as assigned by the Associate Director, Global Quality.
