Location: Surat, Gujarat Reporting To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Salary Range: 12 15 LPA Responsibilities: Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, and business planning in collaboration with department heads and functional leaders. Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and automated financial models for Cash Flow, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet planning. Prepare monthly and quarterly MIS, Board review decks, and variance analyses with actionable insights. Support preparation of interim and annual consolidated financial statements and review technical accounting matters. Analyze business performance, identify key risks and opportunities, and present financial recommendations to senior stakeholders. Assist in longterm strategic planning, including tracking and updating the Groups 5year financial roadmap. Participate in special projects related to reporting automation, process improvement, and business case development. Provide financial inputs for the Groups risk management process, ensuring robust controls and risk mitigation. Requirements: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. At least 5 years of postqualification experience in FP&A, Business Finance, MIS, or related roles. Strong background in corporate finance, business planning, and financial reporting within productbased industries (retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, or luxury). Excellent proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. Detailoriented, selfmotivated, and adept at working with large data sets and crossfunctional teams. Must be based in Surat or open to relocating at their own cost (no accommodation or relocation support available). Big Four consulting experience will be considered only if coupled with direct experience in Audit or Corporate Finance.
