Were Hiring: Manager Finance Learning & Development Are you passionate about making finance accessible and engaging for all Were looking for a strategic and hands-on Manager Finance Learning & Development to lead the creation and delivery of our finance training vertical. In this role, you will: Develop and implement financial training programs and learning modules tailored for both finance professionals and non-finance teams. Design engaging content that builds finance capability across the organization, focusing on Finance for Non-Finance audiences. Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex financial concepts into practical, learner-friendly formats. Lead the end-to-end development of scalable learning experiences, from needs analysis to evaluation. Champion a culture of continuous learning in financial acumen across functions. What were looking for: 5+ years in Learning & Development or Financial Training roles. Strong understanding of financial concepts and business acumen. Proven experience in instructional design or capability building. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
