Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Manager to lead the development of innovative EV charging solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in power electronics, embedded systems, and software development, along with excellent leadership and project management skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of EV chargers, ensuring compliance with industry standards (IEC 61851, ISO 15118, ISO 14229 - UDS). Oversee PCB design, firmware development, and system integration. Develop control algorithms for battery charging, discharging, and protection mechanisms. Implement load management, grid integration, and Battery Management Systems (BMS) for AC & DC fast charging technologies. Ensure adherence to the software development lifecycle, maintaining accurate documentation for certification and quality assurance. Required Skills & Experience: Expertise in NXP and ARM Architecture controllers. Strong knowledge of CAN Protocol and experience with simulation tools. Proficiency in Embedded C/C++ programming using Keil and CodeWarrior IDEs. Hands-on experience with communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi). Experience with ADC/DAC signal tuning and filtering techniques. Practical experience in IoT-based data monitoring and logging. Knowledge of GUI interface application development. Strong understanding of microcontrollers, digital signal processors, and embedded operating systems.,
